Talzin has Asajj secretly select a warrior from the distant Nightbrother village: Savage Opress. With the power of dark magic, Talzin transforms Savage into a hulking warrior ultimately loyal to Asajj. Season 3 Episode 16: Alter of Mortis
Before the Jedi can leave Mortis, the Son takes Ahsoka captive in an attempt to entice Anakin into joining him to use their combined strength to overpower his Father and Sister. To this end, the Son casts Ahsoka under the spell of the dark side. Meanwhile, the Father attempts to stave off a disastrous showdown between his children and maintain the Force's increasingly precarious balance on the planet. Fearing that the Son may be unstoppable, the Daughter does the forbidden by taking Obi-Wan Kenobi to the Altar of Mortis, wherein is kept the Dagger of Mortis, a weapon capable of killing a Force-wielder. The Son steals the weapon, and attempts to use it against his Father to steal his power and end his rule, but the Daughter sacrifices herself, placing herself in front of the blade.

Celebration VI Clone Wars Coverage
Clone Wars may still be on summer vacation, but at Star Wars Celebration VI the Wars raged on, and Republic Forces Radio Network hosts Jerry, Johnathan, and Arnie were there! From an early Season 5 premiere to something totally new called Young Jedi, listen for the report on Clone Wars from C6! This episode has very light spoilers for both Young Jedi and The Clone Wars Season 5 premiere. If you want to know absolutely nothing about the plots of these episodes, hold off on listening. However no major spoilers are revealed, saving those for when these episodes are shown on television.

Season 5 Episode 5: Tipping Points
The Onderon arc ends with major clashes between the Separatist forces and Onderon Rebels. Season 5 Episode 6: The Gathering
At Star Wars Celebration VI children and their parents were given the chance to see something special--Young Jedi. Four episodes of a Clone Wars like series focusing on six younglings in the care of Ahsoka Tano. Filoni said he wasn't sure when those episodes would be available for the rest of the world to see--but the answer was given last Friday as Cartoon Network airs Young Jedi as the second arc of the fifth season. Now Republic Forces Radio Network hosts Arnie, Berent, Johnathan, and Jen watch and review the episode, including topics such as if the episode's target audience matches other recent Clone Wars episode, and if the parents in the group let their children watch!

Republic Forces Radio Network begins its summer series as we wait for the bonus clone wars content to be released. This year summer school is the Ewoks animated series that was aired between 1985-1986.
