What Do You Expect From Your Bad Boss?
By Success Coach Teri Rose at <a href="http://BadBoss911.com">BadBoss911.com</a> I’m continuing from last time where I was mentioning my yearly catastrophes that seemed to occur around the end of the summer. They were expected by everyone who knew me and no one was ever disappointed. It was never a question of whether or not something would happen. We all just wondered what it would be this year. <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code BEGIN --> <div class="aaplayer"><iframe src="http://www.audioacrobat.com/playweb?audioid=Pd5e0e5f858bdfe8fb40fdf990f5d77f0Yl5%2FRFREY2Nw&amp;buffer=5&amp;shape=2&amp;fc=FFCC00&amp;pc=AAAAFF&amp;kc=888800&amp;bc=FFFFFF&amp;brand=1&amp;player=ap03" height="20" width="164" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe></div> <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code END --> <a title="Download BadBoss911.com podcast" target="_blank" href="http://lkcarnes.audioacrobat.com/download/64a6e27f-c3a6-322c-9a89-c81cd327675c.mp3"> Download this Podcast</a> <br>(<em> length 5:30 minutes</em>)</font><br> <font color="#80000"><strong>Subscribe to Podcast Below:</strong></font> <a title="Subscribe To the Bad Boss 911 RSS Feed" target="_blank" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/BadBoss911"><img alt="Subscribe to Bad Boss 911's RSS Feed" src="http://www.remember.org/burnout/images/rssuniversalmd.jpg" border="0"/></a> <br>

Baby Boomer Careers Helped by Baby Bust
By Golden but not Gone Coach Jill Madore at <a href="http://BadBoss911.com">BadBoss911.com</a> There are some bone-chilling facts that baby boomers need to hear, learn more about and plan for. Here are just a few of them: 1) There will soon be 77 million people over the age of 50 and only 44 million in the generation that follows. The current social security system is not set up to handle this change and will demand drastic changes in order to continue. 2) While organizations increase their efforts to compete globally they will do whatever it takes to remain profitable. Employees have been identified as the single largest variable cost employers have control over. Older workers seem to be the greatest recipient of this emerging trend of lay-offs and unplanned retirement. A family can no longer count on "the company" to take care of them just because of dedication, loyalty, and hard work. 3) In a joint study done by the Society for Human Resource Management and AARP it was discovered that 65% of current employers do not actively recruit older workers. <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code BEGIN --> <div class="aaplayer"><iframe src="http://www.audioacrobat.com/playweb?audioid=P7619e07159eaaeea03b2f57f0e1cd900Yl5%2FRFREYmR9&amp;buffer=5&amp;shape=2&amp;fc=FFCC00&amp;pc=AAAAFF&amp;kc=888800&amp;bc=FFFFFF&amp;brand=1&amp;player=ap03" height="20" width="164" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe></div> <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code END --> <a title="Download BadBoss911.com podcast" target="_blank" href="http://lkcarnes.audioacrobat.com/download/66af94ac-fcd7-6290-c017-c724cae32cb2.mp3"> Download this Podcast</a> <br>(<em> length 2:58 minutes</em>)</font><br> <font color="#80000"><strong>Subscribe to Podcast Below:</strong> <a title="Subscribe To the Bad Boss 911 RSS Feed" target="_blank" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/BadBossRevenge"><img alt="Subscribe to Bad Boss 911's RSS Feed" src="http://www.remember.org/burnout/images/rssuniversalmd.jpg" border="0"/></a> <br>

Your bad boss can hurt you, your job, your family and friends
by Christiane Perrin, Transitions Life Coach <img alt="unmotivated1.jpg" src="http://www.remember.org/carnes/unmotivated1.jpg" width="212" height="141" /> So you hate going to work. You dread hearing the alarm clock going off. It's not the work itself you hate, it is your boss who is intolerable. You want to quit! You are not putting up with this anymore! You’ve had it! So many of us can relate to this. We've had a bad boss. And what stops us from quitting? A lot is at stake. It's not just your job, it will affect your family as well. AND the bad boss situation affects them now as well. You come home irritated, frustrated, impatient. Your family and friends have to listen to you venting. You might have been doing this for weeks, maybe months. Some people will commiserate with you, and share their stories. So together you manage to be even more angry and miserable. How much longer can you do this, before your health and relationships start getting affected negatively? <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code BEGIN --> <div class="aaplayer"><iframe src="http://www.audioacrobat.com/playweb?audioid=Pf89b1d830666c105e0d3963c87d90bbdYl5%2FRFREYmJ2&amp;buffer=5&amp;shape=2&amp;fc=FFCC00&amp;pc=AAAAFF&amp;kc=888800&amp;bc=FFFFFF&amp;brand=1&amp;player=bp13" height="28" width="60" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe></div> <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code END --> <a title="Download BadBossRevenge.com podcast" target="_blank" href="http://lkcarnes.audioacrobat.com/download/df31097c-c6ae-a289-7108-639b4b16fbc4.mp3"> Download this Podcast</a> <br>(<em> length 3:01 minutes</em>)<br> <font color="#80000"><strong>Subscribe to Podcast Below:</strong> <a title="Subscribe To the Bad Boss Revenge RSS Feed" target="_blank" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/BadBossRevenge"><img alt="Subscribe to Bad Boss Revenge's RSS Feed" src="http://www.remember.org/burnout/images/rssuniversalmd.jpg" border="0"/></a> <br>

Help Me, Help You... with your bad boss
Coach Karen here from <a href="http://BadBossRevenge.com">BadBossRevenge.com</a> One of my favorite lines from the movie <em>Jerry Maguire </em>is "Help Me, Help You". I have one of those Type A, high-energy types of personalities. It has always made me feel so good to accomplish something and to help others. I am a doer. I think that is one of the reasons I have been successful in business; I always want to be able to contribute to the bottom line. I chose this subject matter "Positioning Yourself for Succe$$", because I know so many people working for a variety of large organizations (and some small ones) that simply feel stuck. They are staying in their jobs mostly for security reasons and would really like to move on "if only…" <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code BEGIN --> <div class="aaplayer"><iframe src="http://www.audioacrobat.com/playweb?audioid=Pac13133e5549778eed1849149dc9ac2aYl5%2FRFREYmN9&amp;buffer=5&amp;fc=FFCC00&amp;pc=AAAAFF&amp;kc=888800&amp;bc=FFFFFF&amp;brand=1&amp;player=ap99" height="57" width="120" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe></div> <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code END --> <a title="Download BadBossRevenge.com podcast" target="_blank" href="http://lkcarnes.audioacrobat.com/download/90434768-7d47-b11c-ffff-b8bc35bb36d6.mp3"> Download this Podcast</a> <br>(<em> length 1:38 minutes</em>)</font><br> <font color="#80000"><strong>Subscribe to Podcast Below:</strong> <a title="Subscribe To the Bad Boss Revenge RSS Feed" target="_blank" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/BadBossRevenge"><img alt="Subscribe to Bad Boss Revenge's RSS Feed" src="http://www.remember.org/burnout/images/rssuniversalmd.jpg" border="0"/></a> <br>

My Bad Boss & The Decision of My Life

In telling it, I use the language that I was raised with, in order to share it in a heartfelt and realistic manner. I was raised to believe that there is a God and although I no longer believe much of what I was taught, the word God is still comfortable to me. I respect your right to your beliefs and want to be clear that I don't expect you to share mine or agree with me. I would ask you to translate what I say in reference to God, to your own language and to understand that I don't claim that my beliefs are necessarily the right ones. <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code BEGIN --> <div class="aaplayer"><iframe src="http://www.audioacrobat.com/playweb?audioid=Pcf3fb5609e21d5a8ba3171572f450c21Yl5%2FRFREY2N2&amp;buffer=5&amp;shape=2&amp;fc=FFCC00&amp;pc=AAAAFF&amp;kc=888800&amp;bc=FFFFFF&amp;brand=1&amp;player=ap03" height="20" width="164" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe></div> <!-- AudioAcrobat.com Player code END --> <a title="Download BadBoss911.com podcast" target="_blank" href="http://lkcarnes.audioacrobat.com/download/7dd4b68a-2225-b362-26cb-4116323816a3.mp3"> Download this Podcast</a> <br>(<em> length 5:29 minutes</em>)</font><br> <font color="#80000"><strong>Subscribe to Podcast Below:</strong></font> <a title="Subscribe To the Bad Boss 911 RSS Feed" target="_blank" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/BadBoss911"><img alt="Subscribe to Bad Boss 911's RSS Feed" src="http://www.remember.org/burnout/images/rssuniversalmd.jpg" border="0"/></a> <br>

My Plan Was On Course For Disaster & Does It Get Any Worse Than This?

So this is what happened next. I had tried to walk the straight and narrow path after my near death experience. I did everything I knew to do to turn my life around.
